The colour looks little pale, you should have poured the gravy in the pan with little bit more butter and masalas and cook on the flame!And add those fried chicken on it! lastly don't forget to add dried Fenugreek leaves! It enhances the flavour to the next level! Accompanied with naan or rice! Must try✨

You have great taste in food. I recommend that you watch vloggers on KZread who specialise in Indian cooking. There are quite a few Indian pubs in London, some of them do great Indian food. A vegetarian Indian dish I recommend is Subji made using red and green Bell peppers. Plus try Indian Sheesh Kebabs

Thats not the way dude. Cashew were used before you fry chicken. You have to marinate it with masala, not pouring after fried. Cashew is optional. And this is lot of cashew. Every ingredients have a ratio. You have to figure it out the proper amount of ingredients. You just made some other countries food with indian spices. Thats it. In cooking, especially for indian style cooking, you have to follow certain steps and ratio. Otherwise it will taste odd. You cant figure it out, is it the right taste of india food. Because you are indian. So watch indian cooking videos done by indians, not foriegners indian cooking videos. You can find lots of indian food channels. Listen, watch and understand what all tgings they are doing, what all things they are using, how much ingredients they are using, and what is the process of making. Its changes the taste if you add one ingrediant less or more. Ratio, ingrediants and steps to follow is more important for indian style cooking.
