Great video! My first bike was a Scout, as I started to outgrow it I rented Harley’s for trips and enjoyed the rides on the Fat Boy, Heritage Softail, and Street Bob. Recently went to a dealer for test rides and I liked but didn’t love the bikes. Tried the Lowrider ST as well, loved the concept but the bike wasn’t for me. Found myself thinking maybe Indian is where I’ll be happier as I loved my Scout and put a lot of happy miles on it. The reason I originally thought to stray from Indian is because the large baggers were too big and the Scout was too small so that middle size lineup Harley has was not present at Indian. With the introduction of the Chief lineup, I’m hoping one of these will be what I’ve been looking for. This video has been super helpful for me to understand the differences in the models. Now I just have to convince Indian to let me test ride a few 😅

Great video. With that, the Sport Chief of my least favorite of all the Chiefs. I’m currently deciding between the Bobber Dark Horse and Super Chief Limited. I prefer the mini apes on the Bobber but like all the extra features on the limited.

I initially wanted the Super Chief Limited but I couldn't afford it. Instead I got the Scout Bobber 20 and the dealer threw in the Comfort + seat. So far, i've upgraded the rear shocks, added a 10 inch windscreen, sissy bar, Ends Cuoio bags, and floorboards. I couldn't love it more. It's a great bike, so nimble and fun to ride. I've spent as much as 6 hours in the saddle with no lower back or butt pain. I miss the cruise control, but I plan to get a throttle lock. I may add a Chief sometime in the future, but not the limited. Probably the Chief Bobber Dark Horse. I like that it has the wire wheels and the mini apes, same as my scout. Interestingly, the Scout's power delivery is the opposite of the Chief. The 69 ci Scout makes 100hp and 72 ft-lbs of torque while the Chief has 77hp and 120 ft-lbs of torque. The chief has low end torque and the Scout has high end torque.

Good video. My favorite cruiser I've owned to date is my Super Chief Limited. And I've been ridding for 43 years. It has stage 2 with custom Lloydz tune, heal toe shifter & padded backrest. Looking for a set of passenger mini floorboards.

The cheif engine is just anazing.

If the Super Chief Limited just had fuller fenders and a larger fuel tank…. The new Scout Classic has the right fenders but it also misses it on the range. Do they, or anybody, offer a larger fuel tank?
