Today I have the right dish for my last Indian recipe, namely a delicious vegetarian (and vegan) curry. The coconut milk makes it totally creamy and the spices give it an incredibly delicious taste!
So if you like to try something new or just like Indian cuisine, this curry will be great for you :)
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas (not the large cans)
1/2 can of coconut milk
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 onion
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
(for the pastes simply grate and crush them)
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin (ground)
1/2 teaspoon dried chilli or 1/4 fresh chilli
Salt as needed
If you like and have it, you can add curry leaves and / or mustard seeds to the onions!
