Main issue imo is leakage of papers such as NEET and dumbing down of some entrance exams for ex. CUET in place of DU JAT for BBA BMS in DU. Edit: And ofcourse the no. of seats itself.

There are reports of empty vacancies in newly made colleges for pre clinical subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Biochem etc... We need to pay more for research and inculcate these ideas of R and D in medical fields also, so more doctors choose these research based, non clinical subjects... And hence, more colleges can be made
