Thank you so much, Ste. I had a new washer/dryer delivered yesterday and I poured over the instructions sheets trying to find how to do this. I couldn't find anything, and it's in no way intuitive - you'd never be able to guess. Well, we couldn't anyway. Your video was so clear and informative, and I was able to action it immediately. Mine had a funky smell , bit like a stale pond water , I use powder detergent and usually I had washing machine cleaning tablets and would do a empty 60° wash every month or two but I haven't done that in at least 6 or 9 months so I had that smell issue , I washed an empty 60° load with white vinegar and another one with washing machine cleaning powder and as I was reading online how to do maintenance I saw the manual that said to do an auto clean but not how access the function, thank you , I'll be doing a 3rd cleaning with powder on this function, it seems the drum is spinning faster and changing direction a bit more often so it might help clean the exterior of the inner drum better, anyway thanks for the info it was very useful man , you rock

I'm at a loss with this machine. Thank god for your drying video or I wouldn't have known. But apart from quick 30 they're all such long programmes. Is there a quick 60? Or even 40 or 50 degrees? Help 😢

Is ur washer dryer not in warranty? If so I'd get them out to that. As that's not right. Paint should not be coming off. Thank you so much for the video. With Auto clean.. Was taking me ages trying to find where the instructions where for it. And I knew it wasn't in the book. 😃

It's in warranty but not for paint I messaged them and said would need pay at the time was only 6 months old has well
