LPG id ബുക്കിൽ കാണുന്നില്ല എന്ന് അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു കണ്ടു. ബുക്കിലുണ്ടാകണമെന്നില്ല ഇത് ഇൻവോയിസിൽ കാണാം. മുൻപത്തെ ഇൻവോയിസ് നോക്കുക. മുൻപ് സിലിണ്ടർ മാറിയപ്പോൾ വന്ന സന്ദേശത്തിൽ ഇൻവോയിസ് ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ലിങ്ക് ഉണ്ടാകും ഇത് ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്ത് റിലേഷൻ ഷിപ്പ് ഐ. ഡി. എന്നത് നോക്കുക.

അത് വിളിച്ചു നോക്കുമ്പോൾ അറിയാം രജിസ്റ്റേഡ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ നമ്പർ ചേർക്കാൻ ചോദിക്കും.

അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ മറുപടി കിട്ടും. DAC നമ്പർ മിക്കവാറും പിന്നീടാണ് വരുക ഏത് രീതിയിൽ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്താലും. ഇൻവോയിസ് ജനറേറ്റുചെയ്തു കഴിയുമ്പോളാണ് അത് വരുക.

Lpg id എന്നത് നിങ്ങളുടെ ബില്ലിൽ Relationship ID എന്ന് കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന 16 അക്ക നമ്പർ ആണ്. പഴയ ബില്ല് പരിശോധിക്കുക. ബില്ല് ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ മുൻപ് ഗ്യാസ് മാറിക്കഴിയുമ്പോൾ വരുന്ന മെസ്സേജിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ലിങ്ക് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ,ഇൻവോയിസ് ഡൗൺലോഡ് ചെയ്യാം.അതിൽ മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ LPG ID ലഭ്യമാക്കും.

@@Agrithoughts creat aayi എന്ന് message വരും,16അക്ക കസ്റ്റമർ ID യും പറയും. എന്നാൽ ഒരാഴ്ച ക്കുള്ളിൽ your booking is canceld എന്ന് message വരും. വീണ്ടും book ചെയ്യും ഇങ്ങനെ 4തവണ ഞാൻ book ചെയ്തു otp നമ്പർ ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ ഏജൻസി യിൽ പോയി ഗ്യാസ് വാങ്ങി
