Emily Taul time travel is possible and has been done by astronauts just not in the way people would expect. If an astronaut had a twin who didn’t go into space the astronaut would be very slightly younger than their twin when the came back (obviously you don’t need a twin for it to work but it is easier to explain this way). I will not get into the science of it here because it is long and complicated but look it up on KZread.
