- chicken fillet - 300 g
- Cherry tomatoes- 250 g
- Small onion
- Spinach
- Cream 20% - 200 ml
- Pasta - 300 g
- Hard cheese - 40 g
- Butter 20 g
- Salt, paprika, black pepper
Cook:
- We cook the pasta.
- Cut the fillet as you like, cherry in half, onion into small cubes.
- Fry onions and fillets with salt and spices in a pan with oil.
- Add cherry and spinach, fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour the cream at room temperature and keep over low heat until thickened.
- Add cooked pasta, stir, sprinkle with grated cheese and stir again.
