They have never eaten such a tender cake before! An absolute favorite cake! The cake is so tender, it melts in your mouth. It's the best pudding recipe! I love this Boston Cream Pie! Anyone can bake this delicious cake! And your guests will enjoy it, so tender and airy! A fantastic recipe. Cake in 15 minutes. Very tasty, a cake you can bake every day!
Ingredients/Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
Separate 5 large eggs
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites
8 g vanilla sugar (2 teaspoons)
The 5 egg yolks
150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
3 tablespoons of carbonated mineral water
Mix until very creamy, for a few minutes.
180 g flour (1 1/3 cups)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Baking tray: 40 x 30 cm (11.8 x 15.7 inches)
Bake the cake at 180 °C (356 °F) top and bottom heat for about 15 minutes
apricot jam
5 yolks
Some milk totaling 400 ml (1 2/3 cups)
Pour the remaining milk into a saucepan.
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
40 g sugar (1/5 cup)
40 g cornstarch (1/3 cup)
1 tablespoon butter
150 g crème fraîche (or cream cheese) (3/5 cup)
apricot jam
150 ml cream (3/5 cup)
150 g dark chocolate (about 60% cocoa content)
Chill for 4 hours (or overnight)
