That was a hundred percent quality
I remember the footrests (they usually got misplaced) in the back seats, luxury for 1980's along with the power recline of the rear seats, not as good as more current versions of the S-class, but again for the time. Next time I saw this was in a Toyota Avalon! Thanks for the great video, all the snowbirds flying into town.

I drove many of these S class sedans while working valet back on the 1980's. They were as solid as a tank, and even the worst roads in Queens, NY couldn't rattle these cars. It was an era when MB put form and function over gimmicks.

The one that buys it - change headlights and bumpers to original! Unfortunately you have a detuned engine in us. In europe it had 300 hp. Do not know but maybe the head are different.
