Wow! Jennifer's home is absolute perfection! She probably wanted to cry when Amanda took all the decorations out. It was so beautiful. I hope you have all that storage in the model. The bookcases, cabinets, windows are all wonderful. That home is amazing 😍. I also love the the thatched house. At first I thought it stopped after the tri-windows and thought it was a little cottage. It would be perfect like that. I would love to have a little thatched cottage. Y'all should make a model exactly like that, a large one and a small one. It was so cute. I have seen the cottage one you have and it is nice to but that looked so adorable.

Randy , I watch and wish I could afford a home some day . My husband and I are in our 60s.. But I will say this , I worked in customer service all my working life, and I learned that if you give not just Good Customer Service, But Great Customer Service , You will out last all the others. .. That's something I learned growing up from my dad that had a business on a small Caribbean Island. .. and that's what I brought with me to The USA ... I find that many Companies are only in it for the Dollar and they dont give Customer Service , that will truly make you want to come back , and back...
