Adam welcomes cosplayers Shelly and Mikey Karrver to the cave to see their stunning interpretation of Batman from The Dark Knight Returns! The Dark Knight is almost like a creature in Karrver Studio's design, combining a custom-sculpted and cast silicone mask (with punched hair!) and a foam muscle suit that gives the hero a hulking presence!

Yeah, especially the being short and stocky and all the manerisms...
Not just the bullet hit on the Batman logo. There’s also some cuts there, which presumably came from people who attacked Batman with knives. All the detail here is super impressive.
Hahah hearing a womans voice coming out of that costume was surprising and hysterical. Great work on that!

@@doctoroctos thats what im saying! Every con ive been to has been pretty warm inside from all the crowds of people. I cant imagine wearing a full body costume like this. There needs to be a better way

@@feverdream2661 It usually is. Adam often complained about how hot some of his costumes could get. He actually made _2001_ spacesuits with built-in watercooling LOL You don't spend a lot of time on the floor in these kinds of cosplays. Maybe a hour or two max, then you take a shower and change to something more comfortable.
One of my favorite cosplay couples. They knock it out of the park every single time!
Shelley is as talented as she is smart and sweet. Loved seeing her pop out of that giant rig ❤

I started following Karrver studios recently on instagram after seeing their TMNT Krang cosplay (which is also unbelievable!). They're such a ridiculously talented couple; if I ever happen to witness their marvellous creations walking around on a comic con show floor I honestly wouldn't be able to contain my excitement. How can you not geek out over a make like this, when the craft that's been put into their makes is this amazing?! Thank you Adam and the Tested team for showcasing their artistry!

10/10 amazing cosplay! Though I need to see a weathered/badly repaired (same kind of head cannon as him not caring about showing off his muscles, he would probably just use the same stitching he uses to patch himself up) battle damage version of this suit.
