📋 INGREDIENTS:
Red onion 1 pc
Paprika 1 pc
Vegetable oil 20 g
400 g tomatoes in their own juice
Ground cumin 1 tsp
Chili flakes ½ tsp
Salt
Garlic 2 heads
Chickpea 150 g
350 g tofu cheese
Nutritional yeast 2 tbsp
Garlic granules ½ tsp
Ground pepper
Salt
Soy milk 180 g
Parsley for serving
Cherry tomatoes on a branch (red, yellow)
🧑‍🍳Cooking steps:
Chop and fry onions and bell peppers in oil. Add tomatoes in their own juice and all spices.
Simmer for 3 minutes. Add chickpeas, simmer for 5 minutes.
Make the tofu balls in the chopper: put all the ingredients in, chop to a purée.
Color some of the tofu puree with turmeric (imitation yolk).
In the pan with vegetables, make 4 cavities, put white tofu mixture. And in the center of it the yellow tofu mixture. Leave it under the lid for 8 min.
Sprinkle the finished dish in the skillet with chopped herbs. Place the portion on a plate.
