Anyone happen to know what the mayo style sauce is, I’ve never used that before, is there a recipe for this on one of her other clips??

I can cook about anything but these recipes are what I consider elegant. Simple. Attainable. Nutritious. Thumbs up!

It takes from many disciplines discarding that which is non-essential and using what is most effective. Elegant refers to the cooks approach, delivering many tasty, nutritious and attainable recipes.

You can use lettuce if you don't have spinach. 🙂

Oh! BUT you want to make sure that it isn't subjected to the heat for very long, or else the lettuce will cook. You want the lettuce to still keep a little of it's crispiness. Unless, of course, you use kale. Kale is often cooked, but not other lettuces. Regular lettuce doesn't taste very good when it's cooked (IMO).
