as long as I'm allowed to continue destroying Lego🤣🤣🤣
Incredible! Before watching I'd have said 20kg would be the absolute maximum.

When I started this experiment I was also thinking about a maximum of 30 or 40 kg, but I was surprised that it ended up being 100 kg.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😃😃
Solche lego Experimente gehören in die Schule, dann kann man Flaschenzug spielerisch lernen👌👌👌

A long time ago my wife was going to college at night and the kids would be in bed so I hauled out my old Lego box and some beer. I made a winch and a large block and tackle with probably 10 pulleys on each side, using heavy fishing line as “rope”. Every night my wife would leave and I would try to pull larger and larger objects. I eventually pulled our dining room table to the couch but it took about two hours and you couldn’t even tell it was moving. Still fun though lol

yes, you're right, it takes a lot of time to lift 100kg. That's why these sections in the video are played at 3 to 4 times speed.😃😃😃
😮😀 100 kg mit 2 Lego Motoren👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I would have rotated the weights 90° to reduce twisting and side friction when lifting. Otherwise, very impressive video!

Yes, you're right, with smaller weights you actually noticed the side friction. However, there was no difference at higher weights😀😀😀😀😀

LOVE this. I have a Lego crane with duel xl motors worm drives and1 to 8 ratio. how much do you think it could lift?
@LiveYourBricks

Does the worm drive have a ratio of 1 to 8 or does the pulley also have a 1 to 8 ratio?🤔

@@LiveYourBricks I think the worm drive is 1 to 24 then 1 to 8 on the pulley I have a short on my channel

wow, it's a mega crane. hate building it yourself? If I saw it correctly, then you hate 2 x 4 pulleys and 2 motors. My experiment shows that you can lift approx. 6 kg without a pulley, directly with the snow drive, with 2 x 4 pulleys you have to reckon with 6 kg x 16 = 96 kg. But it's only theoretical, in practice the friction in your pulley hates, so I would estimate at half, i.e. around 50 kg. Of course, the crane construction must also be able to withstand this weight. Your stressing the motor and parts

the lego parts can handle that. Apart from a few scratches nothing happened.🤣🤣😃😃😃😃😃
IST ES MÖGLICH MIT 10 solchen flaschenzügen 1 Tonne zu heben, also rein theoretisch 😂😂😂😂

In der Theorie vielleicht schon, in der der Praxis kaum zu realisieren 😀😀😀
