Live Your Bricks

Live Your Bricks

Welcome to my KZread channel, where I passionately conduct technical experiments with interlocking bricks, especially with LEGO® Technic bricks!

In my experiments, I take you on a journey through the world of technology, from mechanics to electronics. In doing so, I not only show how to build impressive models, but also how to modify, optimize, and sometimes even push them to the limits of the components' load capacity. From high-performance vehicles to complex machines - I use the bricks to create unique models and find unexpected solutions.

    Yes I see you like to paint other Brands black. Maybe you also should mention the price difference? If you pay more you shall Get more. If you pay lesser you can also Get lesser. I hate all those videos made by fans of Lego who only want to paint chineese Brands black. Maybe you can compare a Ferrari vs a Toyota also without mention anything about the price difference?

    Sory, and I'm sorry you feel offended. In this video I just wanted to show that the motor doesn't have 30% more power, even though it says so on the packaging. And besides, where I come from, the Mold King motor costs almost as much as the Lego motor🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

    A long time ago my wife was going to college at night and the kids would be in bed so I hauled out my old Lego box and some beer. I made a winch and a large block and tackle with probably 10 pulleys on each side, using heavy fishing line as “rope”. Every night my wife would leave and I would try to pull larger and larger objects. I eventually pulled our dining room table to the couch but it took about two hours and you couldn’t even tell it was moving. Still fun though lol

  • @LiveYourBricks

    yes, you're right, it takes a lot of time to lift 100kg. That's why these sections in the video are played at 3 to 4 times speed.😃😃😃

  • @LiveYourBricks
    @LiveYourBricks25 күн бұрын

    wow, it's a mega crane. hate building it yourself? If I saw it correctly, then you hate 2 x 4 pulleys and 2 motors. My experiment shows that you can lift approx. 6 kg without a pulley, directly with the snow drive, with 2 x 4 pulleys you have to reckon with 6 kg x 16 = 96 kg. But it's only theoretical, in practice the friction in your pulley hates, so I would estimate at half, i.e. around 50 kg. Of course, the crane construction must also be able to withstand this weight. Greetings LiveYourBricks
