This video has shown very little from the North-East and did not do justice. But believe me North East is one of the most beautiful places in India with more greenery than any other place in India. The North East India-the States of Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh-are just stunning. The North Eastern States are quite diverse even among themselves. If you visit, visit these states too-the Seven Sisters. It is like heaven, nature untouched.

don't tell the young person interested only in rajastan, kerala, and agra even after watching this, these westerners only look for marketed tour products, not like other travelers from west.

You should visit the north-eastern region of India. States like Meghalaya, Sikkim, Arunachal, Nagaland. Full of natural beauty and less crowded compared to most places in India. Also a completely new culture and people, cuisine you would be exposed to from the general idea of India you might have from visiting places like Delhi or Mumbai. I mean people in US I guess would hardly equate people from Mongoloid race as Indians. But we north-east Indians are. We are often bracketed under South-East Asia with countries like China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam in the west or globally in general. What Americans like to call as "Asians" but we have a sizeable population in India as well. Our history, tradition and culture also goes back hundreds of years. It's a wonderful mix between south asian and south east asian culture

If you are planning a trip to India don't miss north east indian states called "seven sisters" at any cost. Visit Kashmir, ladakh, rajasthan, kerala, uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and few that's not coming to my mind right now. These places are must go places. Avoid crowded city like Mumbai, Delhi, etc..

Fun fact Jaipur is not pink because of the stone my frnd... It was painted Pink by the orders of Maharaja Ram singh ,when Prince Albert was going to visit jaipur...u can also visit Albert Hall museum which was built for his stay later it was converted to a state museum..

6:54 Meghalaya and other states like that Lush green are from North East as you know there are mostly jungles with mimimul human contact so things are better preserved. So its so much nature and the same goes to Ladakh as well very less dense

NOPE In 1876, Maharaja Sawai Ram Singh I of Jaipur wanted to welcome Prince Albert, who was visiting India at the time. As pink was the symbolic color of hospitality, the Maharaja decided to paint the entire city in this warm and welcoming shade. The result? Almost every street in Jaipur is adorned with buildings painted a gorgeous shade of dusty pink. ut the pink obsession didn’t end there. In 1877, the Maharaja took it a step further. He passed a law stating that all future buildings in Jaipur must be painted the same color. From bazaars to temples, almost every structure in the city now dons the lovely shade of terracotta pink.

This video shows alot of clean or blue green water bodies, but one should know that's very rare in India , there's countable beaches which have blue water some in maharashtra, Tamilnadu Kerala and few in Goa, indian islands are best for that like lakshadweep and andaman . Tho you'll find most of lakes and flowing channel from Uttarakhand, Himachal and Jammu and Kashmir blue and green.
