I wish you the best of luck and progress please use excellent wire(high temperature resistant enamel varnish) in the rotor and stator winding as these are weak points under stress! For the sake of durability and quality! I got a Moulinex French, and a Braun and Krupp's German corn/ coffee grinders, they lasted almost 12 years each. I bought a "*******" one, but as soon as I used it, it smelled and the motor was very hot without much load!

I share your fascination with electric motors! The process of winding rotor coils is truly mesmerizing to watch. It would have been interesting to know what those motors were going to be used for, but regardless, this video is a great demonstration of large-scale manufacturing processes.

whenever I see a product I wonder who actually made it? this is a very good example. I see the lady that puts on the sticker or the guy tie wrapping the copper windings. How long can you actually do a job like that? My guess is that eventually you are doing some task rotation? I also heard about stories that the workers in China have appalling long work days and only a few days off per months (i.e. working through weekends).

It's a wonderful factory, the whole thing works fine
