Incredible Chicken Stir Fry on the Griddle!!!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Fresh, Crisp, full of Texture and Flavor , this dish is a Rockstar. My wife found this recipe on Instagram at "SaltandLavender" . She loves a lot of the recipes she puts out.. This one has pretty simple ingredients for a dish so full of flavor. Minimal prep and quick. Will also give you an opportunity to sharpen up on your knife skills in the process. Enjoy!!
Ingredients-
1- 2 lbs chicken thighs sliced
into thin strips
8oz wide rice noodle cooked
and placed in cold water to
stop from sticking &
overcooking
Sauce-
1 Tablespoon fish sauce
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Siracha
3-4 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup Hoisen
Juice of 1/2 lime
Garnish/Toppings-
1 large carrot julienned
1 small cucumber "unrolled"
and sliced thin
Fresh limes
Crushed peanuts
2-3 Tablespoons mint rough
chopped
Green onion/Scallions

As far as what we would recommend I would say if you stay with the big brands, go with there higher end ligns if they can make it into your budget. Hopefully this helps and thanks again-J
