INCREDIBLE Catch & Cook Colorado Trout at 12K Feet! Tenkara Fly Fishing in the Colorado Rockies

This fly fishing trip was awesome, I caught a huge cutthroat at a high altitude lake while camping there for two days. That fish made for an excellent dinner, I really enjoyed frying up two FAT pieces of fish for me and my buddy, Brad. Hope you all enjoy the scenery from one of my favorite spots to fish in Colorado!

Definition of "Off-Grid": Off-the-grid or off-grid is a characteristic of buildings and a lifestyle designed in an independent manner without reliance on one or more public utilities. The term "off-the-grid" traditionally refers to not being connected to the electrical grid, but can also include other utilities like water, gas, and sewer systems, and can scale from residential homes to small communities.

That was a nice fish and it looked super tasty to me. I have not had trout in awhile, but I think you're inspiring me to go get some. Also, that Willys Jeep caravan was pretty cool too. I'd imagine there are not too many trails that could keep those old yet incredibly solid machines away.

Hello Sir, in the most respectful way, I would take this down before the ol’ govy boys see this video or you get reported. It is 100% illegal to keep cutthroats in Colorado. I hope you don’t think I’m hating that was a beautiful fish. Just looking out for you. (I live here as well). Have a good one. Hope you take my advice.
