@@Your_kaizer diet is the most important, if u don't already do, then start making your own food. Becoz only you will know what u put as ingredients, eat whole foods only, whole foods meaning foods which have only one ingredient and nothing mixed, rice, chicken, fruits, etc. Avoid processed food, once every month you can have a cheat meal, workout atleast 3 times a week (weightlifting) and cardio should be done everyday, people say cardio is just a tool but what I've realised is, if u wanna lose fat doing cardio is the most important thing arguably even over weight lifting, u won't lose muscle if u eat enough protein. Best of luck.

Watch your diet, i suggest u start making food on your own if u don't already, measure everything u put and track your calories. Start doing atleast 15-30 minutes cardio everyday and weight training 3-6 times a week
