i found out this band because the singer is an uber driver, really cool guy! if you read this its the guy you picked up 2 days in a row and who you just made that crazy trip in the snow with when the roads were really bad. great music my man

I've seen Incantation live twice and they absolutely crush it. John's also an awesome dude and super down to earth.

Saw and met these guys in LA recently and they were bad af on stage and cool af off stage.

Only seen Incantation once in April 2002. Great show with Cannibal Corpse, Dark Funeral, Pissing Razors. \m/

TheCadaverMutilator you have a good opinion. I grew up with the first lineup and got drunk down their basement and watched all the songs form for Onward to Golgotha. Those were some abrasive unsure times.

Their sound in this album reminds me a lot of Mortal Throne of Nazarene, which is my all time favourite Death Metal album.

Dirges was such a fucking brutally evil album from start to finish. Every song was s masterpiece of death metal.

Damn, that's album quality live set. I can hear the bass a bit better here too. :D John, man, give your vox a little reverb from time to time. I miss the old Golgotha - Nazerene - Diabolical growl echoes that would happen. :D
