what difference is between the inBody band (The watch) and the inBody machine like was showed in the video?

Can we take the test with braces?

Is there any preparation I should do before taking the test? For example, keep myself hydrated the day before ? Or should I avoid any cardio or strength training before the test? Or should I be fasting the day before ?

Actually, if you noticed what's missing at 1:15, you can see why bioelectrical impotence analysis is the more apt name.
