「In the Mood for Paris」｜ Wong Kar Wai inspired short film
Our "New Chinese Style Photography Studio" Short Film Attempt:
Using Wong Kar Wai's style to make a short cheongsam film and at the same time, I also pay tribute to my favorite movie 'In the Mood for Love'.
I didn't write any scripts this time, it was purely a late night stroll on the streets of Chinatown in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, and then recorded these clips according to my feelings. I also want to express my longing for my hometown and try to find and awaken things that I have never cherished in the past in a foreign country.

Wow, I loved this! 2046 is my cult movie and you captured perfectly the existential mood of In the Mood for Love and its sequel. Great locations and light, beautiful actess.

Awwwww sooo amazing! Fantastic dialogue. I loved how the end switched to being from his point of view or at least that is how i interpreted it. That was incredibly deep. The wong kar mood was totally present too! ❤

I'm taking a blind hit here but a hand prop might've gone perfectly here...maybe a bag or a vintage camera with a sling that swings. I just think the tiffin carrier in the original film was so grounding it kind of added an immeasurable amount of gravity to the story and if you got some time, try using a prop and lemme know if it works because this is absolutely AMAZING and I'd love to see more of your personal take on other films

这部的摄影或制作构想是不错！！！ 不过我个人觉，也许在女主角身上没发现着刺青就可能会感觉更好一点的吧。还有说，演员的走路动作啦~ 身条。。好像不太搭配或合身的旗袍及表情等等。。

Pour avoir l'effet ralenti il y'a deux moyens : 1) avoir une fréquence d'image inférieur à 24 fps directement lorsque tu enregistres pour avoir cet effet saccadé 2) Ou alors en post prod, tu réduis le nombre d'images par seconde de disponible dans ton rush
