Wow. That was INCREDIBLE!!! So so clean with their vocals, notes and even their breathing. This boys and girls is why they are multiple year BOA Grand Nat champions! I imagine these drills are their summer sometimes 9-10 hours a day. Think about that next time you complain about having to spend 45 minutes on a Thursday night going over basics (or *shrill* have to do just basics on a Saturday of all days) or whine at a show ‘Carmel wins everything at contests, it’s just NOT FAIR!!!’ This is the core of why they are so, so good!

Sophomore Mello here, and if I recall correctly, my school does not fund the Marching Band (they barely even acknowledge us :P) and the band is entirely self funded through donations and events like a car wash, and mattress sale, and some other events. All the people that help out with the band are either parents of band members or volunteers, and these are the people that will like build the props and clean uniforms. But, no school funding

Keep up the hard work, my friend you’re awesome band Director today’s kids and these kids need a a leader and mentor

And can we ask why the heck BOA dropped FLO to go with a Box something that I have never heard of for streaming and video content this year?? Bad choice BOA as I can pretty much say they will not do this type of content nor will their streaming be as good - yes with all of the issues in the beginning at least for DCI stuff this year I thought they did a very good job…. Anyway from one who has streamed a bunch of BOA stuff in the past not looking forward to the change…
