Utterly Brilliant - Hands down the best Crossmen show of all time! 1992 was one of the strongest years for DCI - and this show deserved top 3!!! As a member of a family of Crossmen Alums, hats off to all that were part of this truly amazing show!

There were lots of amazing shows I saw and heard. There were only two shows that made tears stream down my face. '88 Vanguard, and '92 Crossmen. So I was flat-out bawling when Crossmen surpassed Vanguard at Finals this year- and Vanguard turned to face the Crossmen as they played their retreat. Pure class. OMG I need a tissue *snif*

The '90s was really great for the Crossmen and legacy of superb shows. If you're a Crossmen fishinato, you can drop in a CD and pick the year and the show as quickly as you can star snapping your fingers. If they really want one of the coveted top 12 spots, their staff needs a fresh set of eyes to look back to those shows with great charts and NO clutter. And sell all the electronics and trombones too, we could do with one less marching band.

It’s hard to describe, but with real uniforms (and hats) you get the feeling that it is one big organism out there…with hatless “costumes” it just feels like a bunch of individuals out there strutting their stuff. For me, uniforms go a long way towards promoting the feeling of “the whole being greater than the sum of the individuals”
