Not to beleaguer the point, but you introduced Krista as a Medical Technologist, which a higher level of training than an MLT (which is the intro that came across the screen). I am certain, Krista is very competent, however, you can possibly confuse people who may be interested in going into this field.

Why it is important before we use gel card antibody screen we make sure that the liquid portion is above the gel portion ?!! ✋🌎

Does the transfusion science or transfusion medicine department perform histocompatibility tests? Or does histocompatibility test are performed in hematology or histotechnology?

that is a separate HLA lab, not hematology or histo
