In the Innervisions Headquarter with Âme's Frank Wiedemann | Thomann
Музыка
We visited Âme's Frank Wiedemann in the Berlin Innervisions headquarter to have a chat with him about the effects of the pandemic on his work and to get a little tour around his more than impressive studio featuring pretty much any desirable vintage synth in the books.

Yep, you don't see that in every studio :D
So nice! Really like this type of studio tour videos. But please have them demo some of the instruments! So many nice synths but didnt get to hear them 😟

No it‘s not a reupload. There was just a 1min teaser featured in Jonas & Felix’ Berlin Vlog from a couple of weeks ago. This is now the full 30min studio feature.
anyone has the information on the mic mount/clapm that he uses on the upright piano ? Thanks guys !

my third attempt to answer it: it's a clamp by König & Meyer (No. 237) and a Superlux MA-90 stereobar
Cables are fun!
Nice, ziehe in 3 Wochen nach Berlin - kann man das Studio als AirBnB anmieten? Komme mit Schlafsack 😆

We work on Backes&Müller BM30 ... german HIFI brand. There resolution is just mindblowing. But the acoustics in our room are not the best so we also have a Trinnov system in use.
Great interview and studio tour! What track is playing at 18:00 ?

Who would be your favorite producer who works primarily inside the box? René Pawlowitz aka Shed would be one of our top candidates.

I spot an RME UFX+. My guess is the two Antelope Orions are connected via MAdi to the UFX+, that gives you 64 channels IO, plus the 16 channels IO from the linx aurora, that probably is connected to the UFX+ via ADAT. The UFX+ does all the routing using Totalmix Fx and talks to the main computer. At least that´s the way i would do it.

Like Pedro said ... i have a converter for almost every piece of outboard gear (EQ's, Compressors, Preamps etc) . The RME UFX+ is my main interface, the 2 Antelope Orion's are connected via MADI and the Lynx Aurora via ADAT = 92 ins/outs (if i was counting right)

By the way: i love RME not only for their coverters but also for their support and the always up-to-date drivers.
Second 😱

the difference between men and boys is the price of their toys, nice
One closeup of his face would’ve been great.
“So reverbs I have enough”
at 13:55 I’m saying Yamaha R1000 Digital Delay…., well it’s actually a Digital Reverb

I'm really surprised so many people are on Ableton, I've found Bitwig Studio to be much better

If you know something inside out, you need a really good reason to change
Yamaha R1000 is not a delay man, it's a reverb. Jeezus...
Am I alone in finding this studio to be far too clean?
An Ems synthi for 200 bucks ... wow

He said 2000 not 200. Even at 2000 tho its still a great deal as they are currently selling for about 20,000 give or take.
