Good video. I know there is controversy but on the cars with the oil filter mounted vertically, I always prefill the filter. No need for anyone to comment that it isn't necessary, as it is just my personal preference.

Thanks! Yes that’s definitely quite the debate. I’ve never done it but I can understand why it would be a good idea.

I’m not 100% sure, but if you have the 2.4L engine it should be very similar if not the same 🙂

it is the same for my 2021 with the same 2.0L engine so I would assume the 2020 is the same as well. I think the 2018 and back have a little door for the filter and a door for the drain plug instead of removing the entire skid plate like in this video.

I hate how this engine sounds when idling
