This cell orientates and feeds studs via a vibratory bowl feeder. Studs are staged and picked by a Nachi 6 Axis Robot and loaded into an injection moulding machine where they are over-moulded. Moulded parts are picked out of the moulding machine. The sprue/runner is cut off and parts are dispensed down a chute. The sprue/runner is dropped into a granulator.
