Pail De-Nesting, Filling & Lid Closing Modular System
- The pail de-nesting station de-nests 10L & 15L pails with no change tooling.
- The filling station fills and weighs into a charge hopper (in this instance a fertilizer) and dispenses into the pail for a bottom up fill.
- The lid closing station picks and places a lid onto the pail and proceeds to a lid press mechanism that presses the lid closed
