I find the funerals of firefighters especially beautiful. How even the trucks play a part is so emotional.

They all have great story lines.
makes me emotional. my dad was an EMT and a volunteer firefighter when he died.
My father was chief training officer of the Queensland FireBrigade. R.I.P Dad
This scene will never not give me goosebumps
I'm in tears now. Listening to the Vicor talking and then severide is hard when he is talking his voice showing he is trying to keep it together. Seeing this shows how brave severide to talk about his father Benny severide is heartbreaking. Also when they bring the coffin and so many firefighter and engine giving their feeling for the loss of benny severide giving salute Who agrees with my post
Cabt believe Treat Williams later passed on. RIP Love from Kenya 🇰🇪
This Serie is so good, me and my father watch this every evening!
I'm from Romania, but when I see something like this, my heart hurts, even though I know it's a movie.
8:28 Oh God! Tears fulled my eyes, sorrow came to my heart! Severide' s tears, hit my soul deeply! Astonishing Taylor Kinney...♥️♥️
In the Chicago Fire Department, the alarm code three three five means that the company has returned home to quarters, we will now ring out that code to welcome home Battalion Chief Benjamin Severide
I am an addict to thissss like 👁. 👁 👄
Wow this made me tear up😭 i dont know why😭 but this made me think of all the heroic storys i were told about my great grandfather robert buchanan henderson. He was a both a soldier and figtherpilot in the RAF scottish division and he flew with several squadrons, he served his duty under world war 2, and lived to tell what he experienced. He even flew in action under D-DAY of normandie. He recieved the medal of valor, purple heart and victoria cross medal with 2 swords for his service. He passed away some years before i was born. And now those heroic storys comes to life for me. I just wish i got to know him. I wonder if a part of his heroicness and braveness lives on in me. But this made me think of the storys about him amd now im crying my eyes out 😭 I just wish my great grandfather knows how proud i am of him and how much i look up to him and admire him and respect him and i wonder how much i love him even thou i never got to know him personally😭 To me my great grandfather is and will always be a true HERO❤ Wow this got me really emotonal😭😭

I really loved the music when other fire trucks came for the funeral ❤
I don't know if the thing with "has returned to quarters", the bell and everything is really something like a tradition for firefighters, but it was really beautiful :3
@floatsterfn

Traditionally, at least in the US fire services as far as I know, the ringing of the bell signalled the beginning and end of shift, alongside the end of an emergency response once the firefighters had returned to quarters - at some point it became a mark of honor to strike it as a sign of respect to those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty

What really annoys me is the civilians in the background just going about their business if this many fire trucks pulled up and started raising their ladders I would stand and watch..
as a first responder its like in the movie "Ladder 49" you just start crying at the last call.
Como se llama la canción de fondo en el funeral de benny? Chicago fire

Is the actor at the start with Kelly, Kim Delaney from NYPD Blue?
Another painful funeral ... Oh my gosh , I sob , and hurt so much when military or emergency services people pass away . I don't know why it hurts me so much ... But Its just like a family member has passed away . Why do producers have to make these deaths so painful , because even though it's just a show / movie , it effects me to the core , and takes me months to get over , if at all ....
Yo I'm early and it's sad
