I live in Vegas and have seen In flames and Fear Factory live many times. One time at an In Flames show, Dino (Fear Factory guitarist) was in there in the upper level watching from the seats. Anders Fridén acknowledged him between songs and asked him why he was up there eating a sandwich and not in the crowd.

As a Swede, I discovered Fear Factory before In Flames, they were my path into heavier metal. Obsolete is a fantastic album!
Another great song by In Flames! I was lucky enough to see them live again, for the third time, a month ago. And they were absolutely awesome. As always! And I even got into the pit, which was fun! And let me just say, out of all the bands I saw during that festival(including Gojira and Spiritbox, both of whom rocked hard as hell!), none had the same amount of energy from the crowd as In Flames! The amount of crowd surfing, jumping, pits, and singing along was absolutely crazy! They're in a league of their own!
In flames are not worries about Fear Factory... at all
How does defeat taste?
I guess if you want to do USA v Sweden... try The Absence (USA). Same genre as in flames. melodic death metal
