Hahaha! Yeah, definitely a song they probably made without much trouble, yet so good! :D

This song is the first track off the album with the same name from 2011. You're right, the verses aren't very lengthy, but this album was meant to be taken as a journey from beginning to end with a specific theme, that being the inevitability of death. This is why in this song being the first one of the album it was important for them to convey and emphasize the message of the chorus: We are ghosts of the concrete world, genetic codes of a dying breed. The world and the universe are so much more lasting than us, being so ephemeral, that we're like mere ghosts, and our genetic code might be so complex and intricate, but we're still "designed to die". This statement in the lyrics functions as a premise for the rest of the album, where you can find different sentiments, such as dealing with grief, mourning, the desire to escape death, and the ultimate coming to grips with the fact that death is coming for you too. Some people don't like this album because it was the first one without Jesper Stromblad and fans felt like the sound of the album wasn't "true In Flames" without Jesper, but I must admit that it is my favorite In Flames album, so if you're willing, I'd say it's worth a good listen.
