Good over view, I just got the grill and am glad I saw your video. It helped with what I have planned!

Love the unit but on my gas side the burners do not burn evenly . The middle burner is much stronger than the outer two . Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance

Can you use both the gas and wood sides at the same time? I know it sounds like a dumb question but It doesn't seem safe to have an open flame that close to a gas container. I'm looking to purchase one by the way.

You definitely can, you can use all three at the same time if you want

When you light the gas burners...you have an open flame on the gas side..?

Is the smoker good

Hi all. this is a duel fuel bbq, as in being able to use both propane or natural gas? Thanks.

It uses charcoal, gas, electric - hope that helps

Very helpful video. Just purchased my grill about a week ago and put it together yesterday (07/10/21). My question for you is, where did you get your magnetic cutting board? That is really nice addition to have.

Does the smoker come with a temperature probe?

It comes with a thermometer in the glass door. If you need a probe for meats, that's on you. It sells for $385 at Walmart. Not a bad deal for something so versatile

Have to work on your audio. Background music & echo room don't work well. Good review, but poor for hearing you.

I was very disappointed the stainless face knob area was dented. I contacted PitBoss and the stupid representative wanted to brush me off with little container of spice. Apparently this is an ongoing issue because they stopped replacing it because the “replacement” was arriving dented. BUT they were kind enough to offer me to buy it for another $80 if I wanted it. Idiots. Either that or I just got a bitter disgruntled female representative. She told me to return it after I hauled it home and had people come help unload it and move it to my backyard for assembly. I’m a disabled vet with a lower back spinal injury as she is wanted me to return it to Walmart! Like if weighs 20 lbs. so now I have a new beautiful dented grill. I would recommend you buy another brand. Their warranty has changed and they don’t stand behind their products……even if it’s a cosmetic defect on their part .

We also had a dent in our front but I agree you at have just got an employee on a bad day. We contacted PitBoss and the rep was very efficient and helpful. We took just the part back to Walmart and the rep had already contacted them and we opened another box and they just gave us the new piece. Sorry about your experience. We love our Memphis Grill.
