Its just best using Creatine tbh won't get into details but better for you

What is your weight when not in fight camp?
Reckon you’d move up to 154 in a couple yrs?

Get a grass fed organic streak or some wild venison down you connor and ditch a couple of the daily shakes. Far healthier mate 👍🏼
What the hell is a professional athlete of Connors calibre doing eating 1400-1800 calories a day?? Bodybuilders would hold them sort of calories for a short period of time, and their activity level doesn't compare to that of a professional boxer. His bmr is probably around 1800 so surprised to see he's at sow low, unless he has got ridiculously out of shape during off camp and needs to cut extremely fast, I find it quite bizarre to hear. Anybody else have any thoughts?

Well the lighter weights need a calorie deficit. But I thought 2,500 would be enough for these fighters

He trains year round and a low weight, it's not unheard of, I done the same and i was in absolutely amazing shape, gonna do it again tbh.
Good advertising however my guy sounds a bit run down off all them nutes😂
