    As usual, you take the good with the bad with Wei. Loved the exchanges but wanted more screen time with the watches, and maybe a more two-way convo as opposed to just taking turns talking to an audience. Still liked it though

    Okay I need to clear up one thing here. The first RM27 retailed for approximately $525,000. That was in 2013 mind you. Now in 2019, the RM27 can be found by reputable dealers on Chrono24. They are asking $595,000 or less which is only at best is a 13% increase over retail. Not bad of course, this is still a 2.2% return on your investment every year from 2013. But where the hell is someone paying double for this piece LOL?!

    It’s absurd they even charge that much for a RM in general. Exclusive design sure but they produce a high number a year so they are laughing at people that buy their watches.

    @@burritomaker69 The main reason they do is because they just can. You are paying for exclusivity and something relatively unique. 4,000 pieces produced a year and opposed to Rolex which produces half of that in one day!
