Still extremely young and to be this accomplished is very good. Most guys dont really hit their primes till low 30's like Jorge for example. Jorge started at 18 and didn't break thru till this past year or so. He's 34 at despite fighting forever is just now hitting his stride. His mentality is what he needed to match his skills. Win or lose against gastelum he's got plenty of time to develop

What a lovely mum he has got. Great example of the warmth most folks from Liverpool display. Good luck to him and his family. Peace.

Its funny how everyone has written darren off because he has lost his last 2 fights , 1 to woodley who is an absolute animal and one of the best champions there has been , 2 to masvidal who is one of the most experienced fighters in the ufc and darren nearly got him , i believe the weight cutt had a lot to play with his bad knockout , and he was killing it before that, he could quite well beat kelvin i know it is a tall order but he most definitely can win , most mma fans change like the wind , he has 2 loss to excellent fighters , he can and i believe he will be back on track.

He’s had a couple of mediocre performances pre title and a VERY favorable hometown discount on the wonderboy decision he’s gotta win hook or by crook to get the faith back in the fans and company eyes

Hopefully Darren implements more tools other than just the straight left hand don't wanna be too predictable against quick precise Kelvin otherwise he'll join Weidman, Rockhold, Homer Simpson Vick in Bellator

Aye till really will fight all comes. He has the self-belief required and the actual skills. Jorge is a young veteran who gas been doing this honing his striking for 15 years - 11 of those at the top level. No shame in losses to Woodley and Jorge at 26 Y/O.

I really want to see Till vs Adesanya now... that's one hell of a matchup!!!

He really doesn't. Sure they both have scouse accent but they sound nothing alike. Her accent is far stronger and they pronounce words differently.

Darren doesnt throw enough volume. He will get clipped as Kelvin charges forward from different angels and throws volumes of punches hard. I like both fighters but this might be his 3rd loss. BTSport need to start promoting Leon Edward's more.

Genuinely nervous for Darren. He's as genuine as they come. Was at his fight in Liverpool and London and the atmosphere was fantastic. Hope he can pull it off in New York he deserves to be on a platform as big as that.

Andrew that’s what I say about Till aswell he never try’s to take the easy route does he like most of the fighters now days he only wants to fight the top guys and as we all know Kelvin is a little pit bull in the octagon so it should be a good war I’m hoping it goes the distance I’m really looking forward to it and the Diaz fight

@@m.u.b.u4l50 Idk. Till has pretty good timing. He's a good counter striker and we all know that KG likes to throw bombs, so hopefully he can capitalize. He's looking huge and it is expected that he'll have more power at MW. IMO, he should've won that fight against Masvidal, but he was too overconfident and took unnecessary shots because he didnt belive he could get KOd. He dropped Masvidal within seconds. Hopefully, he's not as cocky and fights smarter this time around.

@Jack ///M240i Stylistically it would be a massacre, Adesanya is too slick and his distance control and counter stricking would mean Till wouldn't land a single punch but eat bomb after bomb before getting stopped inside 3 rounds.

Darren is a good Lad but his not elite UFC level,he needs more time and experience,he may get hurt. The problem with Darren is that his skills are very limited and his defence is dangerously weak. I would like him to practice punches and standup then straight to Jujitsu. His groundwork and defence are just not good enough and frankly I’m seriously worried that he might get hurt. He needs time probably at least 2 years With Jujitsu and his stance and defence needs to be drastically improved,his being rushed and his coach and UFC are being totally irresponsible.Theres no way he will beat Kelvin Gastelum,his a much more experienced and well rounded fighter.

I think Darren can legit win. I like Kelvin, but he's just a blown up welterweight, so as Till, but Darren is bigger, has better reach, bigger frame, should be stronger at new weight, speed is arguably same.. Lets see.

The Brits training methods and fighter life style is way different than the American way. These are people whom get into bare knuckles boxing matches just for the trill of it. I seen a young up and coming prospect when I was 17 year old punching large trees bare knuckle. America vs over seas fighters are just more trilling and more bloody.

Kelvin gasses after two rounds, and hardly moves his head except to counter.

There is no chance till will beat gastelum. He’s not as good a striker as Adesanya, doesn’t hit as hard as jacare, doesn’t have the gas tank to keep up with kelvins pace
