In a frying pan 👍 Sugar-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free! Recipe in 5 minutes. Oatmeal cake with chocolate and vanilla. Delicious and incredibly simple. Cook with pleasure.
1/2 cup (70 g) oatmeal. 2 teaspoons baking powder.
1 cup (75 g) almond flour. 3 tablespoons stevia or any other sweetener.
2 eggs.
1/2+1/4 cup (180 ml) almond milk or any other. Vanilla.
Devide into two parts.
1.5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Bake on very low heat, covered, for about 20-25 minutes.

The picture looked really good which makes it that much more of a disappointment to find out that it contains oats. There are no gluten free oats. The "gluten free" designation on some oats only means that they weren't cross contaminated with wheat. 70% of the protein in gluten consists of gliadin. Gliadin is the part of the gluten that causes all of the problems. Oats contain gliadin. To say that oats are gluten free is just a word game. They have all of the bad parts of gluten. If you want to be gluten free it means no wheat, barley, rye or oats. You can easily verify this for yourself by doing a web search for "gliadin".
