Baltimore is also a good candidate for buffing USN CVs like Enterprise and Essex. And she's also a pretty good Gun Cruiser. And with the addition of New Jersey, it also adds to her survivability. And when she's put in the 2nd Tank position with Helena Retrofit in the middle, Helena also boosts her evasion making her really tanky. She's a good one-two punch if you want lots of damage for both your Backline and Vanguard.

Baltimore can cause armor break too

I like these videos I've been playing to collect since the game came out but i haven't gotten into the actual gameplay too deep so i appreciate these videos it helps me become better at the game.

Curlew has 15% damage buff for carriers, Sirius gives 10% aviation stat buff! These are different things. Combine both skills and your carriers are just brutal!

That's true, I use Kazagumo with Sirius in my aviation OpSi fleet and the damage is insane

Thanks for this video, very informative. Now I know I don't have to brute force my way in OpSi (and main campaign). Also, am looking for someone else to take my Portland Retro's slot and let her have her well-deserved break; she's been carrying my fleets ever since day one. Also, Helena Retro/Helena META combo is just *chef's kiss* now if only I have the resources to oath both of them.

I've been using Stephen Potter to good effect in PVP. Curlew and pidgeonship also has air raid support.

6:05 There's also Kazagumo, which is the better option out of all the mentioned examples. She heals the lowest HP percentage cv and cv and her damage output are better. (Sadly) she doesn't stack with the other ARA skills.

@@venusvirus4366 Yes, they stack. Kazagumo’s skill and the other ARA ships boosts the damage that CVs and CVLs do, so they won’t stack with each other. But Sirius’ skill increases the AVI stat for CVs and CVLs, so they’ll stack.

​@@nastube4052 They overall boost up the CV/L damage, and you can have both ARA ships and Sirius in the same fleet. but from my understanding ARA boosts up everything that include AVI and AA... on the other hand Sirius only boosts AVI

I run a full Iron Blood fleet, Vanguard: Roon (U) / Roon/ Prinz Heinrich (standard) is it worth using leipzig, instead of 1 of the previously mentioned? (comparing leipzigs buffing ability vs. more raw dps?) would love to hear some feedback from anyone. ( my ships are around lvl 115.)

So I'll try making a mix fleet that focus buffing the carriers: Independence,Essex,Centaur,Sirius,Curlew,Baltimore

A question: does artillery command: vanguard stack with artillery command: cruisers? I am using my good old Leander to great effect so thought she can make Drake even better...

No they dont stack since they're both artillery commands. However tactical command and artillary do stack

@Артём Avroras 35% buff should stack, but she isn't that good herself. Mostly used for Midmaxing. London is probably a better pick than her in most other Szenarios.

Doesn't Independence have a flat out better "Supporting Wings" skill than Casablanca?

It’s the same as Casablanca, in terms of the buff that it’ll provide to other CVs and CVLs, the only difference is that Independence retro’s skill has an additional effect that boosts her other skill.

I want to make a boss fleet with musashi and howe, and so i can time them better with helena. Should i take vanguard or new jersey for my third bb. Also what other ships are good bb buffers.

Isn't the Battlecruiser Kirov still in Service ever since the cold war? I read up about her once. Wasn't she a nuclear powered Battlecruiser?
