Forgot to mention, I advise if you want to start reseting your cat's talents start doing it at Lv 15 or higher (if you want a perfect one start post lv 20) because reseting cat talents is very expensive, but gets cheaper per point the higher level it is. Does Flames Aggression and Mountains tenacity stack? For example if I have flames Aggression on 2 cats and they are both supporting the same fleet.

hey kimo I have a question so my oscar is level 15 he was 2 bb skills and 1 trash skill but one of his bb skill is locked to iron blood should I reset him or consider him a trash cat?

Basically, Genshin Impact's artifacts system, but affects your stats less and same pain in rolling for stats, where one can be reset while the other is permanent, one is harder to obtain, one is easier to obtain~ XD

7 months on and I'm finally getting my mind around how all this works. I have about 5 really good cats but nothing that's excellent and several average kitties plus piles of garbage fodder lol 😆. The rng is a ripe royal pain in the but sometimes but I'm getting there. After watching your guide again I just can't thank you enough for it.

Thanks for the guide. I may have to rewatch this video guide several times so that I can understand how to do this endgame feature of Azur Lane. There is a lot of information there to process.

Great job finishing all this Kimo! Even though I don't invest as much into cats I at least get mine to lvl 10, my highest is lvl 12 right now cause I've been slacking a bit. But I'm definitely taking your advice on skills since I usually have no clue which to pick. Now I can use those points I've been forgetting to use! XD

hi! very helpful video! I have a few questions though if you don't mind answering. do you think it's worth waiting for a cat with perfect base skills (like you said 1 unique 2 normal/ 3 normal), or worth just using what you have. my cattery is full now of all sr cats and they all have kinda shit skills (lmao). have a bishi w flames, rookie officer, and unfortunately aws. would this bishi be worth investing and feeding my dupe bishis to? or should I wait and just expand cattery to not waste my dupes. And secondly, for normal skills, do you think it's worth following the current tier list for finding a cat w good normal skills (eg if its health, aa, rld, or acc it's bad) or would you say that, for example, a ca/cl cat with torp, fp, and health up would still be worth raising or would it be worth waiting for an entirely dps skill normal cat. sorry for the wordy comment, and thanks in advanced!

If you have no good cats, just use whatever is best for now. Aim for at least a decent cat like 2 good lines and 1 semi good line or bad line and just run with that. The investment for cat is steep so you best make sure that cat is worth investing into. Just check out my talent tier list I have in the description and grab 2 of the best talents ideally and run with that cat.

Thank you Kimo, i started to play not to away from when the cats got on NA, so i still didn't invest much on them, since my account do have more things who are not that RNG based to be impreved... but i do got lucky and i have a ok Oscar at lv22 now... but with this video i can invest more on it with a better knowledge of it.

What's the rate of getting heart of tops?

i have a question regarding cats on duty in Operation Siren... If you deploy your sub fleet with a cat that gives 5 luck to the entire fleet while fighting. Does you current fleet which is fighting benefit from that buff?

Ive watched this(and others) video a LOT of times since ive downloaded it but i always forget the info in it since i was too busy and didnt have the time to apply it in game LMAO, since its corona i guess its time to rewatch everything on my playlist while farming 2-1...

Depend on what kind of team you are using, if using KMS team then use Oscar

Lime is better, Oscar would've been better for mobs, but clearing mode is out so she doesn't proc anymore.

There is 1 good blue cat: SG. Used when grind normal map with 1:1 team, increase evading chance of getting into ambush

The problem with cats is that they are extreamly expensive for most players and most are trash (you need to go thrue a lot of them to get a good cat). Not everyone has an entire day available to go farm 7-2 to pay for the cats. There are way to many money sinks in this game and the money generation is pathetic. Just think about it - construction , LB , Awaikoning , Gear upgrade, building upgrade (i'm lvl 108 and my Lecture hall is L5- low priority) ,shop , cats... Considering that the game is running event after event that drains your pocket constantly - you have to farm 7-2 the entire time. Add to that that 7-2 is pure RNGisus if you are going to get coin (you get the picture). My average on 7-2 is 1 coin node per 10 nodes.

With a maxed out, well constructed fleet Cats are just overkill though and a massive money sink.

Ik this is a 3 week old guide but I feel like announcing this So basically I have a bunch of cat boxes I just haven't opened because I can't be bothered with cats rn. However, I decided to open all my SR boxes and I got garbage except for this one Steel with Torp Rookie, Lookout and Flames Aggression. Really woulda preferred Alpha Wolf over Lookout but I'll take it because it makes up for my garbage Antenna.

Hey KimoCheese, is this vid still valid? Or does it need a revisit?

Meowcifers level max at 100? Or is this unknown? (since noone has over level 40 yet).

Wonder if that's a balancing issue thing then (a lot of their skills are based on the 'tactics' stat, and they gain points in that each time they level.

Omg, that comparison at the end is priceless lmao gacha is such a sink whole, it really is easy to save cubes when you just get them random in shop or through commissions dailies and weeklies should go without saying everyone that watched this video pertaining to cats is obvi playing the game like this otherwise I think the casual player would probably ignore the cats and wouldn't watch this vid unless they were bored I guess
