    1. Delete all the emissions stuff if you want to actually improve mpg. 2. You should have used 2 fans flowing over 2,000cfm. 3. Should have put on a better pulley system (that electric water pump is a great choice). That makes a huge difference. 4. Hooker Super-Comp headers and true dual exhaust would have made a big difference as well.

You guys really should have mentioned ensuring you remove the old filter seal from the valve body, i see you did it, but some people may not realize the old seal is still in there!

Anybody know what type of floor they use in their shop? I tried using the plastic squares from Garage LLC and they look great but they're horrible to clean and if fluids get under them they're a super pain to clean out -- you basically have to lift the entire floor. Would love to do my 3rd bay in something different and put in a car lift and do most of my work there instead.

@@Mark-wz1yt true, but a gearset can be had for the price of that electric waterpump. But then, increased rpm for the gearset, decreasing mpg. Simple solution to both problems, as suggested by another commenter, lower number ratio gear and a forced induction setup. Power to pull through the gears, while still getting the mpg. And put the power down to both rear wheels at the same time...

Or spend the same amount of money on a I4 modern Mustang or Camero better mgp, more horsepower, less emissions, safer, etc.
