ggwp - Very short, sweet and to the point. I like the tip about how to defend corner. Keep up the good work mate.
I love quick tips - particularly the corner one, i often find myself in the wrong place and unsure of what wall to use, thanks so much!

Absolutely amazing video. Something I wanna watch often. You only really click after you have played like 50 games, but this makes so much sense!
Great tips! Playing this evening so will be sure to try them out - specially tip 1 and 3 ! never thought about that with the warm up

I agree with everything, great tips! But I agree especially with the lobs and slit step. At amateur or recreational level I see very few lobs instead people want to score points in defensive or back position. It works sometimes but it's not the rule. I'd say better to lob too often than not. Also use the height of the place you play like if they have really high ceiling then use that to your advantage because very high lobs will catch most people off guard since the time the ball has in the air is way longer. It becomes a weapon in itself. Also the split step is great. Too bad it takes some cardio and conditioning to make it work at least for me 😁 But the times I have the energy or think about it I get way more time hitting the ball. But I got to warm up my overheads more I usually do the opposite in standing at base line and warm up. But when I think about it usually the matches I win is when my overhead works well as in I miss less shots.

nice vid! playing aggressive all the time can get you exhausted after the first set. lob is the easy way out but at an advanced level lobs are rarely used.

Hi! I find my new nox pro cup lux “heavily” balanced on the head. The bal is actually 2/3 down from the head. I’m confused as the whole idea of this raquet choice was control. Bit frustrated as first game already feels hard to maintain control in the back after some time playing. Any advice or reasoning? Thanks!
Hi Just started had a few lessons would say I am intermediate level but getting the bug and want a decent padel racket can you recommend one
Hi, i am looking to change my current racket (adipower multiwight master) into a more attaking racket. my current shape is round and i am thinking to change into a teardrop shape. It is important to me to have a soft racket with hard surface. I am 57 year old and moved to padel from tennis. I am playing right side. Thanks
Great

We film ourselves with GoPro and put it on KZread. Thereby we can quickly fix mistakes and bad habits. But what can do more than that?
negative canthal tilt- its time to ropemax
Can you explain how to train lobs? Thanks.

go behind the court and lob over the back wall, aim for the net in the middle, that will help you get the correct height and length

I kinda of mix between the Metalbone and not at10 right now!
I don't understand why you have to do a 360 when the ball comes off the back wall
@EverythingPadel
Жыл бұрын
you don't always have too but there are benefits: - better body position - when i turn and it hits the sidewall then backwall it is on my stronger arm, forehand - it's a good habit to get into especially at high level when the balls come in much faster/lower kzread.info/dash/bejne/eHutmqd_hJDZgZc.html this video might help a bit as well, it is all about me defending in the corner

also there’s a chance (if you’re right handed) that you will force yourself against the wall, which makes you take a way more uncomfortable forehabd shot than if you do a 360 and hit a backhand.
03:53 or chiquita!

True, I do that all the time but it is risky for beginner/intermediate because it is a hard shot, safe to just lob
