So Sweet and powerful. Thank you for posting this fabulous information. I realize that is what I was searching for all my life. I am with my third husband and so blessed because this is what our relationship is now. But the first step to my realizing this kind of relationship is living in truth but the biggest truth I had to find is my relationship with myself. I learned to look at myself with love and curiosity to find and live my truth. And most important to let go of blame and take full responsibility for my thoughts attitudes and emotions.

Thank you so much for sharing yourself Katherine. This is my first time having the courage to build relationship intelligence (didn’t even know there was such a term). I’ve avoided looking into learning more about it and exploring my feelings for it means when I’m uncomfortable “I’m needy, not happy, and I should be good on my own without one to begin with”. I’m learning so much, because was so use to unhealthy relationship patterns and didn’t know how a healthy one looks like. I’ve always been worried about losing myself in a relationship, it’s happened to me several times-I used to write it off as “I am weak for having feelings” so I shut down. Ended up with surface relationships that weren’t connective, felt lonely and I ended up always leaving them. I want a healthy, long term , connective and strong relationship where two people are always growing together and individually, supporting each other and sharing experiences in life together. I came here feeling lost, defeated and small from a current breakdown, and now realizing my self worth, most of all how do I want to create my relationship. Thank you!! 💕
