Toyota parts on a Nissan! Once you get the bad taste out of your mouth this is well worth the effort of changing over to 70 series door wing mirrors. The more modern mirror optics are far better than what was on the Patrol. I'm still amazed at how good they fit onto the door profile of the Patrol and also that the bolt spacing is identical.
Toyota part numbers you need are:
RHS 87910-60142
LHS 87940-60372
I picked them up on ebay for just over $200 so they are fairly cheap and 100% worth it
