I watch these videos mostly for my daughter as she is in her first year of playing football. Of the have females in them then she engages so much more. I struggle to get her to watch mens football but she's a lot more keen to watch the girls play. You could redo every video on this channel but with a girl showing the lesson as far as I'm concerned. These videos are great as often she doesn't listen to me, so to have a second person showing the lesson really helps 😁

I'm sure this tips are help me in the tournament Thank you soooo much🤗

Same thing happened to exactly 20 days ago and I’m recovering..but mine might be not as bad at urs cuz it’s 4-8 weeks..just stay positive and take ur time and do some exercises if u have been given some to make it better and think how u could come back stronger than before and take this time to think about how to improve cuz it happens to many people and the people with strong mentality can come back stronger..like how u work hard in training work hard in recovery so it doesn’t affect u in the long term..u don’t need to worry and take ur time otherwise it’ll get worse..and continue working on other recovery stuff in ur body after the injury so u don’t get injured quickly..now do things like set ups and other workouts that u can do and work on ur ankles..There’s more to say but I hope this helped..I’m in the same spot so same goes to me
