We no longer have stock for vaccinations. Even the private sectors don't have. This has been an issue for months now. We even contacted airports for help.😅. If you find a place, please hala back here.

You can work for as long as you want and all contracts will be based on meeting performance requirements for your appraisal at the end. Generally that’s an easy requirement to meet and you will the job for as long as you can

STCW are done in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Medicals you can Google Doctors that do seafarers Medicals, you also need to check with your company Which doctors they recognize

My Recommendation is always focus on getting experience. There are jobs without experience but they are very low paid and mostly the hardest. You always have a choice

I suggest that you always select a positive choice of words, even if you did not like your past job, don't bring that up in a negative way, rather tell them about how you think that job you applying for can be of benefit to you and maybe your family and aslo how You can benefit the company/team

Human Resource jobs are available on board on condition that you have the requirements and qualifications needed, depending on the size of the ship, the structures will be different, I’d suggest that you start doing research based on the company that you’re targeting

Yes, HR jobs are available but I would also recommend to look at Purser or Assistant Purser at the beginning ( it will depend on your individual situation)

95% of questions they ask is experience based. Id answer but it will end up being a video. If you have at least 4/5 star experience in the same position, it will be easier because they will ask you about service and how to handle guest complaints and mostly about food knowledge
