Had not noticed the horse almost going down as Don made that turn and came to judges.

That was a good class!

if only Imperator had not been a gelding -- can you imagine the foals he would have made ? But then he might not have been the WGC all those times ....

I heard they gelded him because of his bad temper -- gelding him more than likely made him the champion he was

You cannot sore a diagonally gaited horse because the soreness will manifest as lameness. This practice is done on laterally gaited horses only.
