For heaven sake must everything be situated in Owerri, it is time to start moving things like markets to other regions in Imo state to also aid development faster outside Owerri, while Owerri should begin to take in factories, manufacturing & commercial companies, it would have made more sense to move this particular project to a local government that had boundary with Owerri like ngor okpala. Alaba Naze is already in Owerri, Douglas market is also in owerri, Imo state needs to learn and adopt the system of decentralisation otherwise her capital will be congested
