Immortal Technique: Poor People Steal But The Rich Do Way Worse

Музыка

www.vladtv.com - Meek Mill's comments on not returning to the hood once you reach a certain level of fame sparked quite the conversation throughout the hip-hop world, with several artists and commentators either siding or wholeheartedly disagreeing with him. In this clip, Immortal Technique doesn't necessarily give his opinion on it, but rather sheds light on why people who live in the hood participate in crime.
"The reality is that poverty makes people do reckless things, but rich people do way worse to protect the money that they have and to take advantage of things," he says. The social activist also reminisced on some of the more dangerous hoods he's been to in the past. "For me, I've been in a lot of different hoods...I'm from New York so there's Bloods everywhere. It reminds me and it makes me think about when I went home to Latin America and people recognized me for the first time. And yeah, I did notice a couple of people look at me sideways like 'is he really here in the middle of the hood?'"
Watch this exclusive clip to find out more about Immortal Technique's experiences in the hood, and hear him shout out slain rapper Chinx. "G-d rest his soul, man. That's a horrible thing to happen to anybody," he states, offering his condolences to Chinx's loved ones. Hear more above.

Good to see Tech back on Vlad, and I'm dign how Vlad interviewed here.. I like how he gave some personal backstory of himself.. I've known of Vlad since his Dj days.. He's a credible guy in hip hop not a culture vulture.. But, some times his content makes you question his credibility.. Things like this, make you respect his credibility.. Good job, Vlad, this was a nice addition to the channel..

About time. We've been on a Tech-less drought for a min. Hopefully Vlad interviewed him for an hour and gots like 20 more clips coming. Also...+vladtv...if you're reading this...it would be nice to know what interviews are gonna be put up on The Vlad Couch, I love the Vlad Couch concept, but I hate it that I've already heard the interviews before. If you just didn't put up any clips of something that will eventually make it's way to "The Couch", or at max only put 1/3rd of the material up, that would make it better.

just read "War Is a Racket" by General Smedley Butler. a great book about American imperialism for corporate interest. swaggy p Yes, that's what Corporatism gets you, not Capitalism like Immortal says, he's got his economic systems mixed up. What lead to the 2009 recession were irresponsible individuals taking NINJA loans, those loans were filled with subprime shit. Yes the Bankers were bailed out, but that happened due to the ignorance of the people.
